Breast Lift (Mastopexy) Case 52

27 year old from Medesto underwent gastric bypass surgery and lost 150 pounds. She had symptoms of rashes under breast with skin break down. She wanted to have an uplift of her breasts, but did not want an implant. She had a mastopexy ( wise pattern or key hole pattern) without an augmentation. She is seen 6 months after the surgery very pleased with the result and no longer has her symptoms.
