54 year old patient from Walnut Creek had gastric bypass surgery and lost 170 pounds. She has problems with rashes under her skin, excessive skin. She underwent a bidirectional abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), she no longer has the rashes and is pleased with the overall contour.
